Awesome setting, very pleasant and welcoming staff.
Fairly clean and functional place and the breakfast was marvellous. Variety of food available in the dining room. Updated & neat unit with good view, nice bed, as example. Location so close to platform 1 or 2, major train station and Nagoya or Kyoto. Also, by pedestrian bridge.

The place was modern, no reason to complain. It was in a marvelous and handy location close to restaurants and eateries. - I have stayed in a double room with 2 king-sized beds and a decent-sized bathroom for 3 nights.

Beautifully decorated and well-appointed room, had a very nice stay on business trip. Nice beds, top-class staff, plentiful breakfast. Magnificent and unbeatable location to Duskin Museum. Early check-in, parking onsite.

Location: the hotel was just off Shin Osaka. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with fresh egg dishes, veggies plus omelets, you will not be disappointed. The staff was excellent and efficient.
